I bought my i10 Sport z car on july 2012 from SPS Hyundai-Thiruvallur" at the time of booking the sales person committed the accessories & they gave me it written on the booking form the list of accessory to be done while the delivery of my car , The Sales Manager "Nagaraj" signed on the sheet and gave me an commitment that the promises will be delivered as said but after making the payment we came to know the real colour of them .its been 3 months they said they will fit the Reverse sensor but till date they are not even caring after my first service.
The sale manager "Mr Nagaraj" gives the false commitment now and then to the customers . The car was not delivered on time as well but I should say the service people are highly skilled as far I've experienced. Yes there is no Doubt the Brand Hyundai is great in their cars quality but the sales people like these are ultimately ruining the Brand and the dealers Name as-well.
