Very bad experience with sotc to dubai .. Review on SOTC, Mumbai

Me n my mom recently travelled to Dubai with sotc, It was a group tour. it was one of the most worst experience of our life. the country is beautiful no doubt. but sotc management was utter rubbish. in short worst. I would recommend ppl not to travel with sotc ever. the guide speech was not clear. no proper time management. in spite of paying so much money we only had to do all our travel expences over there.as they were not showing any anything properly. lunch was not provided. dinner also was tasteless. I would recommend u all please do not waste it hard-earned money by travelling with sotc. we are not at all happy with it. we had 5 days trip but these people just wasted our last two days by saying it's free. they did not take us to Dubai museum. did not show Dubai fountain show. the cruse also to which they took us was soon horrifying I habe
