We wanted to book our tour for europe in December. These people are such snobs. They are not even ready to listen. They directly expect you to book their tour with them without any questions.
One female in Churchgate office told us that madam why dont you search online, coz even they would be doing the same.Is there any point in booking with them!! when they are not even ready to listen.??Even I have heard from friends who have traveled. Their food is very okay. They are not at all enterprising.Despite calling them n number of times for inquiry, they still dont respond. They are extremely rude. In their web site they have given a very flowery picture that they customize tours n all but reality is different. They are extremely unprofessional in their approach.They have a tie - up with Kuonii which is a leading tour brand but actually they dont even have a bit of professionalism in them.
SOTC calls itself a leading brand in India but I dont think so they are even close it.
