If you are a fresher and want your future bright after u join this company I recommend please don't either think of future or don't join the company. No value for your efforts, they do as they wish. No management. No personal Growth. No Financial Growth for your self.
All you can get here is tension of ruining your life with your own hands. If you think you can do your job excellently (i know coding very well/scripting/any other) Even if you clear your training here with A+ you will be actually considered as "Zero".
So think before you can take any big Step.
