In contrast to above mention Reviews I strongly believe that Sitel is one of the best company's to work for, unless you are a serious offender in terms of discipline. As per my experience in Sitel Mumbai, the company gives you Security, stability, and good work Environment.
People mentioned negative aspects but. they do not mention the reason they were thrown out of the company. People have mentioned so many bad experiences with sitel so just want to ask how did they manage to be in the company for 3 or 4 years.
