During 2009, are you looking for search engine optimization, website design, maybe a new administration or control panel to beef up your business? Be careful what you wish for your business New Year 2009.
We instructedSEED INFOTECHduring January 2008 and paid them a part payment of$1200 USD in advance for a new website design and a new administration/control panel. Our brief was clear and comprehensive.
It is now nearly one year later, only minutes from the New Year 2009 and although they took our money, we do not have a newWEBSITE DESIGN fromSEED INFOTECH;nor dowe have an engine; neither a control panel nor anything else for that matter.
It gets worse. SEED INFOTECH did not have internal expertise to follow a simple but comprehensive website designbrief and last June, that is right, six months later, they offered us a$500(unpaid) rebate to complete our own design.
We have asked SEEDINFOTECH for our money back, they failed to respond positively.
Mainline Security Ltd will take legal action and our press releases and blog will continue weekly updating you on our progress litigating in India against SEEDINFOTECH an Indian Technology company.Our blog and community will later give dissatisfied consumers the right to publish complaints and seek arbitration.
