First the customer support is NIL.i applied for a credit card a month back and I submitted all my documents.firstly they call me it's approved.But when I submitted the documents and all the proofs still they rejected my credit card twice and third time they accepted with the same documents. Since they have so many customers so they dont care how many people come and go as they have government jobs. sbi bank employees are the worst.after that I got a bill from their side to pay 3300 annual fee of card.i shocked!.
I said I have't recived the card so why should i'll pay for it.then I send many complaints to their Head office and finnaly the matter is resolve.but my experience with this bank is WORST.
