I have this SBI card for over 5 years. They informed that renewal was free and I agreed. Then they sent a bill for Rs.826.00 + Rs.275 for add on card. When I protested and quoted earlier communication for waiver of card charges they credited the amount after 2 months.
Earlier they were sending the monthly card statement and outstanding by post. Then they stopped and said it will be sent to my E-mail address. It worked for three months. Then it stopped and I used to call the tel no.39020202 and wait for 5-6 minutes and get the outstanding amount information and send the payment.
Now that service is also not awailable you wait for 10-15 minutes making BSNL rich and then hangup without getting connected. They do not have a working server but have an address namely sbicard.com. If you have nothing else to do and want to spend your days chasing them please go in for SBI card.
