I have been using SBI Visa Credit Card for over a decade.
I personally did not have a single problem with their staff and customer service in all those years.The customer care staff is very helpful and are quite fast .Their call center is open 24/7 an take very less time to resolve any issue.
SBI charges a rate of 2% on every purchase . The rate is quite less compared to the other private banks who charge more than 3%,
I am totally satisfied with the SBI Credit card .It hs an expiry date of eight years. I have totally loved their service and Ihighly recommend it .
