I used credit card and they took 6000 rupees extra. they keep adding changes every month until I paid all 6000 extra amount
credit card person called me to make credit card, I gave document to him online, he made my credit card, he updated my wrong email
I didnt know card annual fee is 2950, bill was not coming to my email as email id was wrongI just did shopping of 4500, but I got called from SBI credit card customer care that 9000 bill is pending, I was not able to understand why 9000 bill came, after that I got to know they added 2950 free in first month of credit card, and to pay many was keep increasing after every month, even though I didnt used the card. Once I did shoping of 4500, after 4-5 months, than I got to know that I have to pay 9000.
I asked customer care that I didnt know about 2950 card fee, they told, they dont care, you have to pay all amount otherwise it will impact your CIBIL.
though I stopped credit card, every month they added huge charges, in initial payment I did payment of 5000, as I had used 4500,
for the addition charges I requested they to not apply addition charges but customer care didnt listen any thing
they always mention in every call that it will impact your CIBIL and that happen in my CIBIL
I had no option other than paying full amount what ever they added extra charges. and finally I paid 6000 rupees extra, from my hard earned money
I checked with my statement they applied 850 to 1000 late fee every month.
it was my mistake to take SBI credit card and I loosed money and got lot of stress, it is really painful
SBI credit card department is looting hard earned money of peoples by applying hidden charges, and they know How to get money from peoples by impacting CIBIL.
SBI credit card department is worst, never go for SBI Credit card
