Very dissatisfying experience. Review on SBI Visa Credit Card

This is one of the worst experience with a bank I ever had. I had heard ICICI Bank and Citi Bank people use rowdies to recover the credit amount but this Bank is worst of them all.

Without informing the customer, they finally give a call to inform that the outstanding balance for the card is Rs. 4000 . When asked why it was not informed earlier, they give false excuses and tell it is our responsibility to call them and find out what the amount is.

Also, without our approval they tell that we have been covered for insurance and when asked what is the amount for that they inform it is Rs. 1000. Also, when applying they tell for corporate customers there is no activation fee or monthly charges for the card.

All these are false statements and I want to inform everyone who are planning to apply for this card, that they never yield to these false information given by some sales guy from SBI..
