Charges are very high. Rewards are useless products or vouchers. Welcome gift vouchers are also of poor brands. Every month, they deduct charges for statement generation. Every year, card holder has to pay renewal fee. CPP charges additional Rs 1599 annually for card protection plan. I am so pissed off that I am getting the Platinum Credit Card blocked permanently within 1 month of receiving it. Let them keep the welcome fee. Maybe SBI can fund some of its NPA losses with that money.
