I have used SBI Gold card for 3 years now, and my experience has been fairly good so far. The customer service has responded and sorted out my queries whenever I have called them.
I have used this card for most expenses, right from online shopping to buying groceries. The only thing I made sure was paying the full due amount atleast a week before the due date. Earlier, I used to drop cheques in the SBI card mail box, and then shifted to making payments via online transfer(using an online SBI account).
I have no idea about the benefits being offered by other credit cards, but I guess even the ICICI card holders have problems redeeming their points via i-mint. I have redeemed my points once, and that was done without any hassles and in just one call to the call-center. They also informed me beforehand of the charges levied for redeeming the points.
I never had any issue with the charges/ billing. Only once I had to pay 100 odd rupees extra as charges because of not paying my dues on time. Overtime, my limit was increased to 98k INR from 50K INR.
Overall, I am happy with the card(though I am careful on my part regarding usage of the card and payments)
