Not recommended. They may be the biggest bank, but first let them at least ensure some minimum data security, and improve their customer service. I took the card because of my company's tie up with them. I found nothing good about their service. They said I could recover the annual free by making some minimum transactions which I did, but then all the reward points I earned was practically non-redeemable unless I go to some specific outlets in major cities.
I made multiple complaints for which they did not respond. Then I got a fraudulent call claiming to be from customer service in response to my complaints. They verified all my personal data( which they could not have done unless the data from SBI had been leaked or stolen). Overall it was a very poor experience - poor customer service, poor data security, poor response to complaints, never accepted responsibility for any shortcoming from their end., just kept on adding exorbitant finance charges & late fees month after month on top of a disputed transaction. Only collection calls from the 3rd party they have engaged was very systematic.
