Never Never Never Never Never Never Never Never touch this card and for any sake do not apply or get this card.......
First of all the customer support of this card is very very bad, if available....as it is at times available.
In the begining when I got this card there was no call that could be made...the phone would always be busy...frustating!
The drop box concept is itself not there....you have to go to the bank and deposit in a box and all this in the banking hours....
I think before starting any card these fellows should know what is card facility that they have to provide to the minimum extent atleast...
If you want to be frustated very highly try and get this card......
I suppose all the SBI credit card members would agree with this!
