I have some horrible experiences with SBI Visa Credit Card. From the beginning, it took them at least 3 weeks to deliver my card; some customer service. And to receive my gift voucher, I have to wait for another 2 months . this was not expected from India's largest bank. Also when I encounter some problem in it, the service centre who was supposed to call me within 24 hours of registering my complaint, didn't respond. They charge Rs. 499 first year fee which is deducted from the day your card becomes active. If you use card at the domestic ATM, 2.5% fee is charged of your transaction which is very high. This gave me great disappointment.
