I have been using SBI Credit Card from more than 1 year now. I felt everything transparent in this card. I have used their easy EMI facility and other facilities. Everything was excellent. Compared to other credit cards (like ICICI) the customer support very good within few minutes they are giving all the information what ever we need.
Billing also very transparent and we can view our bills online by registering in the web site. Payment is also very easy for me I am having SBI account so it just matter of two mouse clicks.
I will recommend SBI Card for all those who can access a BSNL phone (for customer care center calls - free) and a Internet connection to view transactions.
