World's worst credit card provider is SBI Card. They blocked my card for no reason then their so called 24 HR help Line told they will issue a fresh new card till date they had not sent any card but they regularly SMS bill is due and their online site is down and help line needs some help.
These card providers are very badly damageing the name India Trust that is SBI. almost all SBI group branch I experienced didnot accept payment on behalf of SBI Card.
Cheques deposited as repayments never reaches them even after they are cleared from your bank account. The provider will never send you any ststement despite of your regular reminders to 24 hr helpline.
If any one planning to go for a sbi card please think again.
Whenever yor try to login SBIcard.com loading message will come and you will be on wait for your entire time period. Every 10 days u won't be able to log in ( In case you get the home page ) and u have to register again.
I had Horrible experience with this card company.
