SBI is the worst bank in india not only in terms of cards but in all other respects. Their customer care is the worst, their online services are always error prone, their atms are the most backdated and non functioning. SBI does not even know how to behave with the customers.
There employess are the most unprofessional in every field and dont even have the bare minimum job knowledge. They dont even know how to operate a computer. They are the most iliterate and academically poor students. SBI will be doomed very soon.
It is only a matter of time before SBI goes down. I had gone to take the first installment of my housing loan and had the worst experience ever in my life. The application that I had given was on the verge of getting lost. When I asked nobody knew where it has gone and I was asked to come after 7 days. When I went after 7 days I found that the person who is in charge of loans is absent and noone is currently responsible for this department. They behaved rudely with me and were very non cooperative.
