I have took sbi card after checking reviews almost a month. most people are complaint against their customer services, of course that is true. but my case is different please read the below a hidden trap in SBI card against FD!
I took sbi credit card against fd 20000 FD with 14, 000 limit! card payments are taking from my bank account as auto debit. every thing going perfect. Recently I applied a loan and that was rejected bec of low cibil score. Then I took statement from CIBL I surprised! In CIBIL statement is written like this
"Credit card balance is too high in proportion to high credit amount"
Imagine you have a credit card with 5 Lac and every month you are spending 4lac. at that time above cibil statement is very correct. but dear friends in my case I have only 14, 000 limit and I have spend max 12, 000/-, every month. card payments taking as auto debit. Then why this statement come?
My loan is rejected and I cant do any thing now. Cibil score will take at least 6 months to improve. Called sbi customer care.but you can guess what will happened
so If you are going for bank loan in future then please don't take sbi credit card against FD. you will cry at that time!
