I have never seen a worst customer service in my life. I want to check about a EMI, so I was calling them in their number 08039020202 every time call them after lot of IVRS If I reach customer care executive option they will say like 30 mins waiting time.
Even if we wait for 10 mins in call, it will be still 30 mins waiting only. I waited for almost 45 mins where as they said it is 30 mins waiting time. After 45 minutes they are still saying 7 minutes and then the worst thing happened my call got disconnected by them.
Such a cheap service from SBI. It is almost like 30 rs lost for me for call cost but my issue is not resolved.
This credit card sellers are hanging in all super markets to sell their credit card in Bangalore. So don't ever go for this credit card.
As like our Government this Gvnt Bank is also cheating peoples like anything and getting many money from us through this customer care number.
My personal experience HDFC CC customer care is far far better than this SBI.
Dont ever buy this card and get ur life troublesome and in tension always.
