I had a sbi railway irctc credit card with a credit card with a limit of only Rs.10000/- but from the very first day the company or rather to say bank never delivered statement on time and the statement came with late payment charges.
After discussion they waived off the charges and only to charge again in the subsequent statement and after few months they sent me some 3000 bill and when I enquired I found only 300 as actual spend and that too no statement received . after their repeated calls I made a settlement at Rs.500/- . now my point is that what is the use of Rs.10000/- credit limit and that too comes with an annual fee of 300+ .
I request all my readers to avoid using this card as this card gives discount only on AC tickets and not if the card holder is not passenger. Due to this dispute my sbi kolkata card is also blocked which was ecs for payment from sbi account.
