I am a retired senior citizen.
Since SBI card Executives were repeatedly persuading me, I applied for their card. I received their card.
Subsequently they suggested that I utilise their service to pay my Airtel bills. I agreed.About a year ago, I received a bill from Airtel which was 10 times my monthly bill.
I sent a mail to sbi card and told them to HOLD making payment till I sort out with Airtel.I sent reminders also by mail.I received a mail from them assuring me that they will look into the matter and revert within 5 days.
I was shocked when I received a message from them, within about 2 days of receiving the mail that they have paid the bill of Airtel.They did it without checking with me.
They are not giving any convincing reason. On the other hand, every month their statement comes which shows penalty as well as penal interest.I have stopped using their card which I communicated to them.
They keep torturing me with repeated telephone calls.
I request advice .
