I am sohail mirza I am from indore (mp) I am relationship Manager in
centurionbank of punjab and unfortunately I am having an SBI credit card
no-4317 5750 7507 3479 issued 11/06, today is supposed to be most hectic &
embarrassing day of my life, first thing first-since I got my credit card I have
not received any statement & my bad luck I never know if I m not getting
statement this is my mistake & I have to report for this on your helpline.I
was getting SMS alert on my cell phone so I was paying min due amount regularly
but again by my mistake I did't get Any sms alert in may so I missed my min due,
last month I got a call from your Delhi call center where I was promised that if
I give cheq of 25th june
& if till that date I did't get my statement I can stop that cheq but I did't
do that despite that I was again
misbehaved by your call center guys, I
received an abusing mail from SBI GE MONEY stats that WHO IS YOUR FATHER? I can
forward that mail to you, I was threaten by them & they also called up me at
landline no at home and misbehaved my
parents too, at this time I constant my uncle who DSP LOKAAAYUKT in Indore and
he advised me to complaint against this because this kind of credit card threatened calls are happening a
lot so I activated spy call on my cell
phone for recording calls, today July

15:47pm some mr? sanjay Mehta spoke
to me, obviously I told them the same story that I am not getting my statement
but he repeatedly wants me to tell that
I don’t want to pay although I am saying that I am ready to pay FULL AMLOUNT IN
CASH IN ONE HOUR if they provide statement but he remain stuck that I have pay
first & for statement I have to call help line, then that sun of a beach
DINESH came on line & he crossed all his limits of misbehavior belive me if I were in delhi or that dinesh
happened to be in indore I would have
kill him, HE USED TYPICAL INDIAN PET LANGUAGE-EK BAAP KI OLAD HO TO MANA KAR KI
PAISE NAHI DENA HAI, ME RECORD KAR HU, KHARCHA TERE BAAP KA PAISA SAMAZH KA R
KIYA HAI KYA? MIND IT ALL THIS CONVERSATION RECORDED ON SPY CALL IN MY CELL
PHONE.I told you about my uncle who is DSP, my maternal uncle is chief judicial
magistrate in indore, Mr Sayeed ansari who is in STAR
NEWS he is my maternal cousin, I M TELLING U ABOUT MY BACK GROUND THAT IM NOT
ROAD TYPE GUY,
NOW I DENY TO PAY ANYTHING UNLESS YOU TAKE SOME ACTION AGAINST THAT
BASTERDS, OTHERWISE I WILL CREATE A SCENE WHICH
WILL COST YOU WHICH YOU JUST CANT IMAGINE, I CAN GO TO ANY EXTEND, ANY
MEANS ANY, I WILL GO TO POLICE, PRESS & EVEN RBI IF REQUIRED!!
I HOPE YOU ARE MORE INTELLEGENT
COMPARE TO THOSE GUYS WHO YOU HAVE REQUIRT IN YOUR CALL CENTERS, SO MIND
IT, I HAVE FULL EVIDENCE AND YOU KNOW THERE ARE LOT OF COMPLAINTS YOU ARE
FACING REGARDING COLLECTIONS, YOUR COLLECTION HAS STOPPED IN HYDERBAD FOR TWO
WEEKS FOR MISBEHAVING CUSTOMERS, IN INDORE IT SELF SOME GUYS LODGED FIR AGAINST
LOCAL RECOVERY DEPARTMENT.now its up to you whether you realize that some thing
happing wrong at your call center or you remain stick that your guys cant make
any mistake!!
P.s-I am having almost all credit card like icici, Citibank, hsbc, bob
card, hdfc but not even a single payment was delayed, if you want I can provide
credit cards no s which you can check out I don’t want any relation with this
card and my life I will advice every one to keep away from sbi card.
