I had been using SBI card for the last about seven months. My experience with this card has been quite satisfactory. No major complaints.
Their customer service response is quite swift and they sort out issues to mutual satisfaction. Their website is also very good. Redemption of reward points is also very good.
I had to discontinue the use of this card, merely because they were not in a position to waive the annual charges and also because I had another card with a higher limit.
Even then, their customer service people took a feedback about their service and I told them there is no service related deficiency.
