Customer Service:
SBI made a change in service latest and working more fast then private sectors.I have account in SbI and using debit and credit cards. If we facing any problem then we can write complaints. The customer care will contact us soon as possible.
Rates, Charges:
Interest given for the money which we deposit in the bank and do transaction periodically.
Overall Satisfaction:
I feel SBI bank and their service is best and we have to support for the gov by opening account.
