Sbi is a reputed bank in india.but bank is graded top on basis of customer service rating.for any querry or any sorting you need to speak to customer care on their toll free no.whn I call first it get difficult to connect to customer care as they ask so many options.and when after long excercise if u manage to find thn u kept wIting minimum for 40 mins.i mean to speak to customer care person u need to waste ur 1 hr listning to stupid background music.
Itz pathetic and irritating. Service shld be like tht customer care should directly connect without askin 2 many options.sbi need much improvement for ds
