I have a number of reasons to dislike this bank. I was one of the user of SBI and recently have decided to shut down my account from this bank. There are hundreds of reasons for closing account from this bank but can list only few. Following are my issues regarding this bank:
Firstly, if you want to deposit money in any branch of some other state, it is not possible with it.
CDM is not supported by this bank.
ATM are never working. Sometimes, it show cash not available or sometimes it shows error.
Within every 4 to 5 days, some charges are deducted from my account uselessly. I dont understand for what those deductions are made.
Home loans limits are 30% lesser than other banks.
The branch managers and other staff are also not supportive enough. If you get trapped into some issue, they have least to do with it.
All these issues makes me concerned to close my account with this bank.
