All though the SBI is well kown bank in India, it is spreading every nock and corner of India. I am holding a SBI account, every month I used to visit SBI bank, I don't blame about the bank but I have a very negative feeling about the employers who are rough behavior towards the customer.
The employers have no attitude of hospitality, their egotistic behaviour hampered me every time I visit the bank. Therefore I would suggest that the employers should be given training, how to deal with the customer?
