When I went to surat last year I join the S.V. fitness club for 3 month at just rs.1500. I heard the success about the sv health club that's why I join this club.
S.V. health club has a micro planning and schedule about the health program. he has a daily schedule about the body building, cardio fitness, weight loss and personal training.
his staff is well dressed and well trained. when I go for a body building his staff are well behaved with me and they planned 90 days of fitness program for me like .
Day 1: Chest/shoulders/arms
Day 2: Rest
Day 3: Back/legs/waist
Day 4: Rest
Day 5: Chest/shoulders/arms
Day 6: Rest
Day 7: Back/legs/waist
Day 8: Rest etc.
S. V. Health Club also gives us a Personal Trainers. Personal Trainers do exactly the same thing. Whatever we need, they're only too happy to help.
I recommended for men, women. serious body builder and weight loser etc. are must go for the S.V. health club and be a member of minimum 3 months and take your experience.
