I had such a crappy experience with this bus service that I cannot explain, but I'll still try to write down some issues that help others to stay away from this service. I reserved a bus for 4 people from Hyderabad to Bangalore on Sunday June 17, 2012.
No Refund --
Just an hour before my travel time, I got news that my bus got broke down and they're moving me to non A/C bus. When I disagree and asked for refund, they didn't agree to that.
Miscommunication --
I then asked to provide me seats for A/C bus going next day. Then for some 1 hours or so, I kept on receiving the call that bus is confirmed, then it's not confirmed then again even seats are assigned. It took way long to say I've given last but two row of seats (total 4).
Lack of Promise --
Was told the seats were last but two row, but actually given 2 in the last seats and 2 in last but one.
Lack of proper amenities --
Out of four friends, only two get proper blankets. One got very thin and half blanket size cover and the last one didn't got anything. They didn't provide the blankets even on numerous requests.
Delay --
The bus which was supposed to reach Anad Rao Circle at 6:30 a.p., actually reached at 10:45 a.m. One easily understand the agony of travel and delay in office.
