SRS is really a bad service. Never travel in this AC buses. They informed it is multiaxle and I have paid from Bangalore to Trivandrum. The seats were not at all comfortable. They were supposed to start by 7:15PM in the evening.
They had put my parents on a small vehicle which was supposed to drop near to bus. Instead of this, they have stopped somewhere else and we walked long time in traffic with luggage. After that, roamed many places and started after 9:30 from Bangalore,
This is really ridiculous and pathetic. We suffered a lot. They were late by 3 hours to reach. Really bad service., Never ever books SRS.
