Excellent Medicare at Sri Ramachandra Medical . Review on S R M Hospital - Thambiah - Chennai

Sri Ramachandra Medical College and Hospital not only provides excellent facilities for patients admitted , but also the staff are extremely kind and courteous. I base my comments on the four occasions I have had to observe the staff, three of them in the cardiology dept(when my grandmother was admitted) and one when my mother was admitted. The doctors make rounds strictly as per schedule, there is always a trained senior doctor on night duty and the charts are maintained scrupulously. The nurses are prompt, follow time lines and rules strictly. Whats more, the food and dietary precautions for patients with certain conditions are strictly adhered to while serving food. Additionally, what is admirable is the kind of service the attendants get, meaning the person along with the patient. It is possible to get food etc without leaving the side of the patient. The costs are also lower than some of the other super-class hospitals in Chennai, while the services are top-notch and world-class.

Overall when we left the hospital, we carried an impression of good treatment, timeliness, cleanliness, efficiency and above everything else, courtesy and respect for the patient and their relatives.
