I have purchased Ertiga last six month back in exchange offer with 20000/- rs. discount. They gave me in writing on paper.
After that my old car price rs. 10000/-, the total amount is rs. 30000/-.
s k wheels sales men told me sir please you are paid full payment of vehicle and your amount check is issue from our side with in next 10 days. I have paid full amount.
After one month person saying sir you book the vehicle last month but delivered the vehicle this month and its reason for your exchange offer and discount is not considered.
now you decide?
