Rustom is 2016 crime thriller movie.starraring akshay kumar, ileana d'cruz, esha gupta and arjun bajwa and other cast. film written by vipul k rawal and directed by tinu suresh desai.
late 1950 indian naval officer rustam pavri(akshay kumar) is married to cynthia pavri
ileana d'cruz. their marriage got in trouble when Rustom got to know about the affair of his wife with his friend vikram makhija. than killed vikram makhija and surrender himself to the police. and face the trial . the crux of the case whether Rustom shot vikram or not.or it was premeditated murder. final verdict of the trial Rustom is found not guilty by the jury an is freed.
film Rustom is based on real incidence of nanawati case. screenplay of film is good first half is little slow but second half is very nice and interesting. all court scene is fantastic they shot well and presented well . music is good. karam khudaya song is very popular. background score is also good.
performances is good, akshay kumar was in the skin of the character esha gupta was seems little over in the film. ileana was good in rustom wife's role.
movee its good crime thriller and akshay kumar's one of the best performance.
rustom is worth to watch.
