I want to tell my experience about this bank. I joined an account in this bank due to some one forced me to join.
I joined there and applied for the Atm. For getting atm itself it took more than one month. Even though I deposited some cash in this bank. Before the staffs told the interest rate should be more and better to deposit for FD.
But later I understood, every month they are slightly decreasing the interest rate. And I spoke with the staffs. But they didn't solve my problem and behave in bad manner.
My one cousin approach this bank for getting education loan. For that also they told some silly reasons and rejected it.
The website is available but there is no facilities for Internet banking and phone banking. The atm counters are only available near to the banks. It is very rare and no use for keeping atm card when we are going for long journey.
The customer service number is not active. Overall I am not satisfied and I won't recommend others to deposit money in this bank.
