Renzoo Web messaging service. Review on Runbox

I am using Renzoo almost every day in the last 10 months. A friend has sent me an invitation for this Web service, which was in beta phase at that time.

Activation of Renzoo account went very easy. I provided minimal information about myself to the service, selected a unique user name and password and was ready to start.

Trial period was really positive experience. Not only because I could use something for free, but because I could use almost everything for free. I had practically the same features at disposal as I have today. And trust me, these are not some basic messaging features, but big, useful and complete things.

Easy to use but very powerful interface was the first characteristic that thrilled me. Because of its simplicity and user friendliness I soon discovered numerous possibilities that changed my communications completely.

Renzoo did not only look nice, but it worked nice too. Suddenly I had different messages and contents at one place and could approach them from any location with the Web access. I could change the job or move to another country. They were always there.

Not only that I had all of them at one place, but I could totally forget classic fax and answering machine, maps carrying from meeting to meeting, long searching through documents and files… All those annoying devices and doings disappeared when I started using Renzoo.

Sending and receiving of emails, faxes, voice mails and SMS messages became easier than ever. Few mouse clicks and all scenarios were achievable: from migration of emails from existing applications, through faxing from Windows applications or Twain devices, to Web voice mail listening.

Quick search, advanced search, black and white list, filters, migration wizard, future delivery, delivery reports, recipient’s number or address auto complete, anti virus, anti spam and other made my communications so much easier.

Now I was able to move around without being worried that I will miss some meeting or get some information to late. SMS alerts were working where ever I went, at any time. They alerted me about new messages, events, tasks, RSS news…

Renzoo was just what I was looking for and did not betray my expectations till today. It had some bad moments, but all defects were removed very quickly. After all, nobody is perfect.

I am expecting Renzoo to continue to be even better. My suggestions for Renzoo to become better are Windows alerts about new messages (special program), instant messaging for service users, alphabetical arrangement of folders in folder tree, group organizer (connecting service users through common scheduling of events and tasks), disk storage, filter testing possibilities, …
