Abhishek Bachchan who had 12 continuous flops was hoping to get a hit. Many in film circle believed that RUN could prove magic for him.

But after seeing the film abhishek fans(as if there are any) will be dissapointed,

RUN is a loser from start to end.

RUN is a remake of Tamil superhit which was also named RUN.

RUN is directed by jeeva who also handles the Cinematography,produced by boney kapoor,Dialogues by kamal pandey and action by peter Hains.

It stars the great abhishek bachchan(maybe is aiming to enter into guinessbook by not even registering a HIT in his career) Bhumika of tere naam fame, Ayesha julka, mukesh rishi, Mahesh manjrekar

there is also a comedy track by Vijay raaz, music by himesh reshmiyya

THE STORY

Old wine in a new bottle!!!

Abhishek comes to delhi for studies(he does everything except this) and stays in ayshea, mukesh's house..

He spots bhumika and falls in lovee with her but asusual she denys him and later accepts him.

Her brother mahesh a goonda does not like it, he tries many ways to ruin abhishek in different ways but in the end there is a fight between hero and villan, the hero gets bashed up and when heroine tells him to get up and fight he does and wins..

Performance

Abhishek is good but he is unlucky because he doensnt get good projects and nor will he get ever. Bhumika is cute as heroine but no role for her..ayesh and mukesh are okay..

Mahesh manjrekar is unimpressive dont expect a kaante from him.

And lastly the comedt track, it is disspointing that they used the comedt track similar to the tamil version..this kind of track might not go well with the hindi audience any way two opinions u will love it or simple hate it..

Direction

Well Jeeva has just cut and pasted the tamil version so nothing to talk about him..

it would have been good if he had changed the screenplay and little bit of original idea.

Music

The music saves the movie of being called a Disaster. Himesh Reshmiyya as usual provides nice melodies and the songs are good.

Though one may feel certain songs have no relevance in the script but who cares?? the songs are better than the film..

Verdict:

On the whole abhishek has to add one more film as a FLOP to his never ending list!!!

After watching the film people might RUN away from the theatre..(but u may never know!! people today prefer inferior quality stuffs like murder, masti main ho naa ))
