I finally watched a movie with a “smile” on my face.
I really liked this movie..I didn’t have to fast forward any songs…didn’t have to fast forward any scenes (cause they might be vulgar)… I didn’t have to scream after the movie was over…(cause may be it was stupid)
No ! I didn’t have to do none of that instead I got to laugh, smile, sing along, tap my foot, laugh (again!), a little tear (very little), and finally, be happy that I chose to see this movie instead of watching BOOM !
Movie is about an assistant to a photographer, Radha, who is “mad crazy” on model, Vikram. But Radha doesn’t have any luck to get his attention.. For once, he already has a girlfriend (Bitchy Model) & second, she is not that attractive model type.
So for this she goes to (oh so COOL!) Dadi for the Rules {PyaR Ka SuPeR HiT FoRMuLa }
Here are those rules ::
To win a man’s attention, simply ignore him.
2 run after a man is to chase him away
always keep a man guessing – be mysterious !
Never show a man that he has the power to hurt you.
feed a man’s ego flatter him even if it’s all a lie [“chanei kei jhar pei charatei jao”]
After following these rules she does gets his attention…but
Do they fall in love?
Or Does Radha realizes that you can’t make anybody fall in love?
Or Does Radha realizes that Vikram is not the guy she thought he was?
Well, watch the movie to find out !
What I liked more about the movie was that it questioned some “unanswerable questions”
Do u believe in love at first sight?
What is love?
So to answer these questions – movie shows opinions by a rich socialite woman, a lower-class woman, a prostitute & a gay man.
ACTING
Milind Soman :-: I really like this model turned actor, who can actually act a little, and can speak Hindi very well (yes! Finally a model who actually knows Hindi – r u surprised as I m !!). The role was basically a part of him…he acted as a model, which he is. But he is good. I like him !
Meera Vasudevan :~: She looks nice, a simple girl. She can use some acting lessons but still she was good in her role as a star struck girl.
Tanuja:~: As the “cool” dadi was nice to watch. Although, I really never thought much of her as an actress but she is ok.
Others artists are really funny to watch !
MUSIC is by Sandesh Shandilya
Music of the movie sounds fresh and all the singers sound nice ..one song that I really liked was “Kabhi phool dene manane ke liye, kabhi door rehna sataane ke liye’
Really can’t tell u if u should buy this album or not… cause I m still questioning it too… I like some songs…and it just depends on ur mood too!
Now as for the movie … as I said before I really liked it. It was funny, cute, romantic, sweet… I mean there is nothing wrong in the movie…no vulgar (stripper scenes), no stupid unnecessary scenes or songs. This movie should be a HIT! It’s young, fresh, sweet & fun!
*And for those who keep on saying that I m tired of watchin the “trashy movies” – watch this one…Its clean! Full family entertainer.
And for those “trashy” watchers… watch BOOM..as it must be perfect for u !*
Now as I end this review…I just thought that I should tell you guys my

Be yourself (don’t act fake)
Become good friends with the guy/gal first. Then see where things lead to.
Don’t pressure him/her into doing or saying anything that will only bring happiness to u.
Be honest & sweet (don’t act jealous all the time)
Lastly, don’t follow any rules or regulation to fall in love…just follow ur heart and 5% of ur Brain.
