Some years ago I was planning to purchase Zen Estilo of Maruti Suzuki. In view of enquiry and take final decision I moved to Rukmani Motors Indore.
Experience at this dealer I received was at all not up to my expectations as I heard from the market. The sales executive dealing with us was at all not interested to provide the information whatever was required. She was just asking us to leave the sgow room and not waste her time even as there was no other customer.
We were very disappointed and changed our mind to purchase the vehicle from M/s Patel Motors Indore and truly speaking Patel gave us a good deal.
I experiences that the executives of Rukmani are aerogant and not having capacity to judge for the genuine customers.
I sencierly advice not to visit this dealer for any Maruti product.
