Was this an intentional comedy?. Review on Rudraksh

I don't know intentional or not but it was damn funny!! I couldn't stop laughing, even my dog kept smiling through the whole movie. Thank god I didn't went to theatre to watch this peice of garbage.

Movies like these remind me why I gave up on hindi movies long time back. Don't get me wrong I don't hate hindi movies, I had always been a big movie buff. I used to bunk classes and try to catch first day first show of the latest hindi movies. GUIDE is still my all time favourite and no hindi movie can beat it when it comes to story and performance. I was nutzz because I never missed any movie.

But it was 10 years back when I was a kid and didn't know that HOLLY WOOD exists.

Because with time I realised that hindi movies are like a vicious circle, it takes a full circle and starts from where it ends. And thats been happening for last 40 years or so.. same old formulas, over and over again. At a point I got so fed up that I stopped watching hindi movies because I already knew what was going to happen in end.

I used to go to theatre with friends and family and had a feeling of deja-vu.. ''Hey haven't I seen this before?'' Same old love stories, with 40 to 50 dancers dancing on beautiful locations and changing clothes every minute.. it was good in beginning but now it looks silly.

Everything in our movies had been repeated so many time that its not worth my money any more. Lets accept the fact at current stage hindi movies are nothing more then a MUSIC VIDEO and watching hindi movie is like watching MTV.

I was dying for freshness and then came LAGAAN (but they still didn't gave up the idea of songs...) and some other JARA HATKE movies like ROAD,BHOOT and recently released AB TAK CHAPPAN. Once again my hopes went up.... ehmmmm till now..

But what the hell was the director of RUDRAKSH thinking?? was he drunk during the shooting of whole movie or was he thinking to make a movie which equals MATRIX.

Whatever the reason might be but trust me, give me the amount of money you wasted on this guy and I will give you one hell of a cinema.

He tried his best to rip each and every HOLLY WOOD action movie he could but the end result is like a big circus. I bet TOM AND JERRY is more action packed then RUDRAKSH because atleast they knew it was going to be funny. The action sequences are so ridiculous that I was embarrased to even watch it.

I can't help but feel sorry for our directors when they talk about cutting edge technology and their dreams about taking over hollywood. The truth is that mere innovative technology doesnt make good movie, you must know how to use it, creativity is what matters. And I am sorry to say WEST has more imagination.

You need to do 100% better if you want to make a science fiction movies. If you can't please stop aping west, do your own stuff. Don't make a fool out of yourself as well as us. But for now I am still sticking with HOLLY WOOD and not coming back till you stop making joke out of yourself.

So my suggestion is that watch this movie only if only your doctor has suggested you some kind of shock treatment or mental therapy. And no matter what, keep older people and people with heart problems away from it. Trust me you would love me for my suggestion.

Also I suggest you (if you are too stubborn to agree with me) to watch this movie alone or take your wife or girlfriend with you only if you want to get rid of them forever.
