Ruby Tuesday cheated me on 24th June 2011.
I bought a food coupon that mentioned Rs 999= Rs 5500 from sosasta for Ruby Tuesday.
When I landed at the outlet forget the Rs 5500 the food and drinks served were bad presentation, promotional portion(read less in quantity served in broken quarter plates). Despicable service.rude staff and a horrid tempered manager.
When confronted with the manager as to where is this meal worth the amount mentioned or even for what we originally payed for that is Rs 999. The manager lied to our face saying the portions had been downsized lately keeping the fact in mind the other tables being served larger portions of food.
The chocolate cake was unbreakable in the least. Same could not be said about the crockery which was served to us chipped from corner. Cracked glass.
