It is the pathetic hospital. My brother was admitted at ruby hall day before yesterday by 7.30 pm, because he was having sever pain in his left soulder. Inspit of knowing his pain hospital took almost 5 hrs to hospitalise. Very poor service and poOoooooooor hospital.
They were least interested in telling us the problem what my brother was suffering from in spite of asking them again n again. staff is not at all cooperative.The keralite sisters over there are just for timepass. everytime we had to remind them for the injection n medicines especially the sisters in the private ward.
They should understand patients don’t go to the hospital for relaxation. they need treatment hence extra care should be given to them which is not there in ruby hall. Worst part is doctors are not confident enough for the operations and treatment.(they were taking my brother for operation which was not at all needed we had to remind doctor again n again what is the problem then his reply was oh! this is not the patient. too careless Dr. Hore.) If you want to have X ray or MRI, you will get the reports after 2 days and have to wait to get it done for 7 to 8 hrs even if no patient is before you. Staff lie and will not call you back even if you give 100 calls for the collection of reports, ultimately no satisfaction and not worthy.
No concern for patients and just want to make money, be very careful as the mAnasultangement has a rapacious attitude and system in place to squeeze as much money as possible. Staff is horribly careless and arrogant and rude.
Agar Doctors ko bulane jaao to thikse kuch nahi batate aur pichese(byward) unka jawab hota hai " Bomlat jaa". Shame on you people. you all are not at all worth for this profession. Go n sit at home.
MAnasultangement said you should've taken the medical insurance before coming here. Does this mean they can rob the insurance companies for just some routine blood tests?
Patients are ill-treated. People having self respect should'nt visit @all. Staff with their bad attitude just test the limit of tolerance. Wastage of time and money. My advice plz do not visit this hospital….
