I had taken appointment before 1 month for 3T MRI of my child at ruby hall clinic. we have to travel from solapur to pune for 3T MRI as there is no 3T mri in solapur. As we have taken appointment we reached there on time at 10 am. after reaching hospital hospital staff told me that you have to wait for 3 hrs as doctors are not available.
After 3 hrs they send us for fittness and surprisingly they told that today there is no anasthesist available so you can come after 2 days.
I had repeatedly told him taht we are coming from 250 km but staff dosent hear me and they dosent performed 3T MRI of my child the worst experiance at ruby hall clinic I have faced.
