One star because there's no option for zero. Admitted mother for food poisoning only as day care on suggestion of Dr. Arun Kamble. Staff was horribly careless and arrogant. They left used needle twice near the patient.
Second time they left it on the food table for the patient to eat it(See picture). When we complained the management appologized but said that it wouldn't have harmed as the needle was capped. Dr. Arun didn't give heavy antibiotics cause he said the creatine level was high(at 2.3) and he was worried about her kidney function.
Next day even though the creatinine level went down to 1.5(normal is 1.2) he said that it is 2.0 and wanted us to do USG and see a nephrologist. This shows that the doctor in association with the hospital is cheating common man. At night also the nurses were shouting at each other while talking making it hard for patients to sleep. We opted to get discharge but they started begging and offered us private room at the cost of semi private.
Their dietician gave milk tea the first day n next day said she shouldn't take milk products. She was suggested soft diet but still dietician sent full course meal with chapati. Still the one day's cost including 2500/- for the room came upto 9500/- these guys are cheats. Management said you should've taken the medical insurance before coming here. Does this mean they can rob the insurance companies for just some routine blood tests? This should stop. People should stop going to them
