My 76 year old mother was admitted for a treatment and Rs. 50000 was paid in advance. Suddenly one night she did not get her treatment.
When she inquired about it, she was told that the prepaid money was finished and her treatment was halted! No one had bothered to tell her or her doctor about the money.
Is this a real hospital? What if she was in critical condition? Is there any place where these type of complaints can be addressed?
