I am not happy with Royal Sundaram Health Insurance. The other day they called me and offered a cashless treatment where I do not have to actually pay anything for illness because they were going to provide a Card which will work in member hospitals and annual premium was around 7000.
As per this information, I was agreed with the offer and they charged around Rs600 as monthly premium for this said policy. After two days, I got a call from one of their representative where he informed me that you are not eligible for the Cashless card, however, you can go for reimbursement policy, where you need to first pay at the time of illness then we will help you with the reimbursement. So, I find it useless and cancel the policy and they are still charging me monthly.
