I have taken lot of car insurance in past and for a change I have chosen Royal Sundaram this time, I say you its the worst I ever saw.
You have to follow up with the staff for any sought of updates, they are least bothered about your claim. The staff attitude is the worst as if they feel that they are big shots.
They say you cash less, never believe that. They are not in tie up with all the show rooms(even in Metro Cities) and they finally say you to pay the whole amount and later you will be reimburse with 7 days, which you will never get in promised timelines.
Please dont buy car insurance from them and suffer like me, please drag them to ground as they feel that they are on heights.
Dear Royal Sundaram, please respect your clients and do your individual jobs in a right way and dont expect things to be granted. Keep in mind, all are watching you and dont drink milk as cat(closing your eyes) and feel that no pne is watching me.
If I get more options in star rating, I would give less than 1.
