Never buy any policy from Royal Sundram. I had bought one health policy with Royal sundram for more than 2 years. Buying a policy and renewing the same will completed in few seconds but when it comes to pay it will never happen from Royal Sundram.
Thses guys are Fake and fraud. They had blacklisted 99.9% hospitals in delhi/ncr for reimbursement and when you will go to IN Network, the word cashless seems to be shame les since you have to pay around 40 to 50% of total bill as they will not make payment explaining blah blah charges.
And the customer care official are so pathetic that they will assure you that you will get a call back with 24 hour which will never happen .
Be aware from such F*ing companies
