Dear Friends, myself Pramod kumar. I would like to share my experiences with this company named @Royal Sundaram Health Insurance. My Policy no. -HLSBIL0029. It has a sum insured of Rs 3 lacs . Me, wife & daughter covered under this policy.
I am covering under this policy since last one year. one day due to some sudden prob I need to get admitted my wife in to Hospital which was under network Hospital of Royal Sundaram. It was informed to them under the helpline no. 1800-425-0000 about the happenings & provided a claim reference no which I not remembered at the moment. Wife was under the observation & serious treat for three days having faced all the medical tests such as ECG, city scan, MRI, & Ultrasound. The final medical expenses was around Rs 2.5 lacs includes Room Rents(Twin sharing), Tests, medicines, Other expenses as fees etc.
At the time of aishwaryasingh23ment & in between follow-ups there was no final response being received from them. At the final disbursal they denied to provide such amounts as it was certain T & C's . When the things become under quarrled then they agreed to aishwaryasingh23 after approval for around 40% of it.
Anyhow Billing amount was Rs 2.43 lacs out of which only 50 k being provided by them. thanks to my other company policy which was as a hero came turn around for me at that moment. I paid the bills & decided not to co-relate any manner with this company. This is such a Fraud company.
very bad Customer service, attitudes, long premiums .
I suggest you all not to relate in any manner with this company forever.
